Commercial Career Program

 

The Huhtamaki Commercial Career Program is designed to provide new college graduates a career path toward key business leadership roles. Candidates hired into the program can expect to experience challenging roles in multiple locations through several years. It is designed to provide individuals with experiences that develop skill sets required for high-level leadership roles in sales and product management.

 

Requirements
• BS/BA in Business/Communications/Liberal Arts
• Skills we want include problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to influence with a desire to sell. 
• Exceptional leadership ability, interpersonal skills, self-driven/motivated and decisive
• The ability to relocate
• Possess a positive can-do attitude and a sense of urgency

Manufacturing Career Program

Our Manufacturing Career Program is designed to identify and provide new, innovative college  graduates a career path toward key business leadership roles. When accepted into the program you can expect challenging roles, in multiple locations over several years. It is intended to supply you with hands-on  experiences that build knowledge and abilities essential to graduate into high-level roles in Manufacturing  and possible executive roles. 

 

What to Expect:

• Interaction with internal and external pieces of a global business on day-to-day basis

• Engage in specialized training and  development opportunities to learn about the industry 

• Design and improve current technologies to maximize manufacturing plant efficiency 

• Construct custom mechanical parts for unique product orders

• Obtain valuable leadership experiences to use throughout career

• Support in continuing education

Finance Career Program

Our Finance Career Program is designed to identify and provide new college graduates a career path toward key business leadership roles. When accepted into the program you can expect challenging roles, in multiple locations over several years.  It is intended to supply you with experiences that build knowledge and abilities essential to graduate into high-level roles in Finance and possible executive roles.

 

What to Expect:

• Interaction with internal and external customer of a global business

• Engage in specialized training and  development opportunities to learn about the industry 

• Learn about the functions of A/P, A/R, GL, Costing, Pricing, Market Analysis and Inventory Management

• Execute strategies that creatively service a customer’s needs

• Obtain valuable leadership experiences to use throughout career

• Support in continuing education (e.g., CMA/CPA)
